Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 23, 2026

SATIRIX LLC (“SatiRX”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of Personal Information (information reasonably related to a specific individual). This Privacy Policy explains how we process Personal Information collected through our website, https://satirx.com (the “Website”), and other online interactions with us.

Notice regarding health information: This Privacy Policy does not cover “protected health information” governed by HIPAA. For how we use and disclose that information, please review our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

Notice regarding healthcare partners: Medical services available through SatiRX are provided by our affiliated telehealth medical group. For certain branded prescriptions, SatiRX and/or your Provider may transmit your prescription and share the personal and health information reasonably needed to process, verify eligibility for, coordinate, fulfill, ship, support, and administer your order with the relevant third-party pharmacy or manufacturer-affiliated program.

Changes to this Privacy Policy: We may update this Policy from time to time. Any update takes effect once posted, so please check back periodically. Where the law requires, we will contact you directly to provide an updated Policy.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to our employees, contractors, agents, or job applicants.

Please also see our Supplemental U.S. State Privacy Disclosures below for more about how we process your information and your rights under applicable state privacy laws.

01. Sources of Personal Information

We collect Personal Information about you from the following sources:

  • Directly from you — for example, when you contact us through the Website, sign up for newsletters, or otherwise communicate or interact with us online.
  • Automatically and through tracking technologies — for example, via cookies and similar tools, including information about how you use the Website, your device, and internet usage.
  • From third parties — for example, service and content providers, our affiliates and subsidiaries, business partners, data brokers, and social media companies.
  • From publicly available sources — such as public profiles and websites.

We may combine information from these sources and use or disclose the combined information for the purposes described below.

02. Categories of Personal Information We Collect

We may collect several types of Personal Information, including Sensitive Personal Data such as:

  • Information about your health.
  • Social Security number, driver's license number, or passport number.
  • Account log-in credentials.
  • Precise geolocation.
  • Racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership.
  • The contents of mail, email, and text messages where we are not the intended recipient.
  • Genetic data.
  • Biometric data processed to uniquely identify you.
  • Citizenship, citizenship status, or immigration status.
  • Sex life or sexual orientation.

03. How We Use Personal Information

We use Personal Information for the following purposes:

  • Weight, medication, and program tracking — such as the weights and medication doses you log, their dates and timestamps, and your logging patterns — to provide program features, support adherence tools, and, where applicable, administer the SatiRX 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
  • Providing products and services — making the Website available, offering customer support, communicating with you, and otherwise facilitating your relationship with us.
  • Administering the guarantee program — verifying eligibility, reviewing your logs, account history, treatment pathway, subscription and prescription status, and payment history, preventing fraud or misuse, and processing approved refunds. Data used for this purpose is not sold or shared with advertising partners and is used only to administer, verify, audit, and process your claim, except as required by law or to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our terms.
  • Internal business purposes — day-to-day operations, recordkeeping, accounting, management reporting, auditing, and IT security and administration.
  • Research and product improvement — maintaining quality and safety, improving and designing offerings, evaluating marketing effectiveness, and debugging errors.
  • Legal, safety, and security — complying with the law, investigating and responding to claims, protecting rights, property, and safety, and detecting and preventing fraud or security incidents.
  • Corporate transactions — such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business or assets, including in bankruptcy.
  • Marketing and targeted advertising — promoting our or our partners' products, personalizing ads, analyzing engagement, and sending newsletters, surveys, or offers. You can unsubscribe via the email link or by contacting us (Section 9).

We may use anonymized, de-identified, or aggregated information for any purpose permitted by law.

04. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose Personal Information to the following types of recipients:

  • Affiliates and subsidiaries under common ownership.
  • Service providers acting on our behalf, such as IT, hosting, data analytics, and business-support vendors.
  • Vendors needed to complete transactions you request, such as shipping and logistics companies.
  • Professional advisors such as accountants, lawyers, financial advisors, and auditors.
  • Law enforcement, government agencies, and others for legal, security, or safety purposes.
  • Other parties in connection with a corporate transaction, such as a sale or merger.
  • Business partners that use the information for their own purposes, such as co-branded promotions or independent pharmacy or manufacturer-affiliated programs; in that case their own privacy notices and terms apply.
  • The public, where you post comments or reviews on our Website or social media.
  • Anyone to whom you have consented to the disclosure.

Where required by law, we will obtain your consent before sharing your Personal Information with business partners. We are not responsible for third parties' privacy practices when they use your information for their own purposes, so please review their policies.

05. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

We and authorized third parties use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about you, your device, and how you interact with our Website and communications. Below we describe the technologies we use, the information they collect, how we share it, and your choices.

Technologies we use

  • Cookies — small files placed on your device when you visit a site; some last only for a session, others persist over time.
  • Pixels, web beacons, and tags — code or transparent graphics embedded in pages or emails that provide analytics and help tailor marketing.
  • Session-replay tools — record how you move through and interact with the Website to help us improve it and fix technical issues.
  • Embedded scripts and SDKs — let us build and integrate custom apps and experiences.

Why we use them

  • Personalization — remembering your preferences and the pages or products you have viewed.
  • Performance — maintaining and improving the Website.
  • Analytics — understanding how the Website is used (for example, with Google Analytics).
  • Advertising — personalizing content and ads, building interest profiles across sites and devices, and measuring campaign effectiveness.
  • Security — preventing fraud and malicious behavior.

Your choices

Some partners participate in the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) and Network Advertising Initiative (NAI), which let you opt out of interest-based advertising at aboutads.info/choices and optout.networkadvertising.org. You can also refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may stop working. If you change or clear cookies, devices, or browsers, you may need to repeat this. Opting out of interest-based ads will not stop all advertising. At this time, we do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.

06. Data Security and Retention

We maintain reasonable security safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission over the internet is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of your information.

We keep Personal Information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, unless the law requires otherwise — for example, to provide the products or services you requested, maintain our relationship, improve our business, ensure security, or follow our internal retention procedures. After your relationship with us ends, we may retain certain information to meet surviving obligations or for other legitimate business purposes.

07. Children's Privacy

Our Website and other online properties are intended for individuals 18 and older and are not directed to or intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, please contact us (Section 9) and we will promptly delete it.

08. External Links

Our Website may contain links to external sites or services we do not control, including those embedded in third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or data-collection policies, so please review their policies.

09. Contact Information

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or our privacy practices, please email us at support@satirx.com.

You may also reach our Privacy Officer by email at support@satirx.com.

10. Supplemental U.S. State Privacy Disclosures

California Residents

If you live in California, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to Know — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes for collecting or sharing it, and to whom we have disclosed it.
  • Right to Delete — request deletion of personal information we collected from you.
  • Right to Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing for targeted advertising.
  • Right to Opt Out of Profiling used to evaluate certain characteristics about you.
  • Right to Limit the Use and Disclosure of sensitive personal information.

To exercise these rights, email support@satirx.com. To fully opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising, disable advertising cookies in your browser's preference center on each browser and device you use; note that blocking or clearing cookies may affect our ability to honor your request for automatically collected device data. Where required, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals at the browser level.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We cannot fulfill a request unless we can verify your identity and that the information relates to you, and we may use identity-verification services to do so. Authorized agents may submit requests by emailing support@satirx.com with proof of authority.

Although we have not “sold” personal information for money in the past 12 months, some routine practices involving third parties could be considered a sale or sharing for targeted advertising under California law. We do not knowingly sell or share the information of minors under 16. Categories we may share with advertising and analytics partners include identifiers, records about you, demographic information, internet or network activity, and health information; other categories (such as commercial information, non-precise geolocation, sensory information, professional information, government identifiers, and log-in credentials) may be disclosed for business purposes but are not sold or shared for advertising.

Sensitive Personal Information. We use Sensitive Personal Information to provide the goods and services you reasonably expect, detect security incidents, resist malicious or illegal activity, ensure physical safety, for short-term transient use, to provide internal services, to maintain quality and safety, for purposes that do not infer characteristics about you, and for marketing and targeted advertising.

Shine the Light. California's “Shine the Light” law lets residents request information about how we disclose certain personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Nevada Residents

Under Nevada law, certain consumers may opt out of the sale of personally identifiable information for monetary consideration. We do not engage in such sales, but Nevada residents who have purchased from us may submit an opt-out request by emailing support@satirx.com. We will take reasonable steps to verify the request and keep it on file in case our practices change.
